Many clients are introduced to us by professional advisers. For twenty years, we have worked closely with accountants, solicitors, and stockbrokers, providing independent financial services to private individuals, companies, pension funds, and charities.

We respect the value of the trust placed in us by clients and their professional advisers - our reputation is built on this trust and on the quality of our objective independent advice, service, ethics and integrity.

Whilst most IFAs have a detailed understanding of their own compliance and regulations, few have taken the time to understand the compliance implications post N2 and FSMA 2000 on professional firms. Warwick Butchart have invested considerable resources to learn about how the new regulations affect our professional introducers, and we can assist them and their fee earners with Risk Management and enable them to stay compliant within their DPB regime.

Establishing a structured professional relationship with Warwick Butchart Associates could be a very effective risk transfer mechanism, allowing you to concentrate on your own areas of professional expertise. By transferring certain categories of financial services clients to us, we can keep your own exposure to the financial services regime as low as possible. This can help with internal risk management, ongoing complaints experience and ultimately your practice’s ability to gain cost effective Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Our general Testimonials pages and the Care Fees Planning Testimonials  section of our website show what our clients say about us and our services. The "Stop Press" section contains details of recently published information, articles and awards - including our Pensions Simplification Summary.

As you can see from the About Us section, we have the expertise, experience and resources needed to provide truly personal financial services advice. Complex matters such as post-retirement planning with income drawdown require a very high level of specialist knowledge in both the pensions and investment areas, and we have this expertise. Our Services section shows our main activities.

We do not prepare tax returns, write wills, or deal directly in equity markets on a discretionary basis. We recommend accountants, solicitors and stockbrokers to do that. We  simply work together with professional advisers to achieve the client’s objectives. As Independent Financial Advisers, although we are a fee based practice, we offer clients the choice of paying for our services by fees and/or commissions received.

In our Services section we describe our approach to Comprehensive Financial Planning, Investment and Retirement Planning, Protection and Health Insurance, and Long Term Care Fees Planning for the elderly. Please also refer to our Other Services.

If you are a professional introducer, and our services are of interest, Please contact us  for more information.
