Our Support Staff play a major role in working together with our Advisers as an integrated team, using IT to provide a high level of service to our clients. Some of our staff have been with us for many years, and their helpful attitude and expertise is often mentioned by our clients & professional connections.

Bharti Mistry FPC

Client Services Co-ordinator

Bharti has 15 years experience of working in the finance sector of Life and Pensions administration and recently completed the Financial Planning Certificate. She has a very friendly and thoroughly professional manner. Her ability to prioritise, negotiate and organise supports the delivery of high quality service to our clients.


Jennie Shakespeare
Investment Administrator

Jennie joined our team in 1990. She has a superb eye for detail, which is invaluable when dealing with investment admin. Jennie’s wonderful memory, knowledge and helpful attitude is often commented on by our clients.

Maggie Drinkwater FPC

Client Services Administrator

Maggie joined our administration team in July 2006 having previously worked over the last 13 years as an administrator and manager for other IFA firms. She completed the Financial Planning Certificate in 1996 and the Mortgage Advice Qualification in 2001. We are delighted to have Maggie's expertise within our team.

Compliance Administrator

Jenny assists our Compliance Officer in making sure that we meet high standards of quality - and she also works on special business projects. Jenny has worked in financial services for many years, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
